Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item value.
Please contact us at Service@FulfillmentMerch.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned without the express authorization of Fulfillment Merchandise.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:
You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, if outside the USA. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, try on the underwear, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
Only unopened and sealed CDs, DVDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
Shipping Options:
We currently offer the following shipping options for Domestic and International customers. All USPS shipments have insurance and tracking. Time in transit estimates are listed in business days and are in addition to processing time, which is normally 1-2 business days:
Domestic
USPS Ground (2-6 days)
International
USPS International, ECMS, or Canada Post
Shipping Info:
Your order will typically ship out within 1-5 business days after it is received, unless an item is on pre-order. We do not ship on most major holidays, please keep that in mind when placing your order. If you need an estimate just make an account, put something in your cart, and click "Checkout".
All domestic orders will ship USPS.
Please note: we have seen international shipments take up to eight weeks from departure from our facility. Once shipments have left our facility delivery time is completely out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA: INCLUDE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER!!! 99% of undeliverable packages are deemed so because the final-mile carrier was unable to reach the recipient. (WHY would you ship something half way across the planet and not include your phone number so you can be reached once it is in your area???)
